Open Mouth

 piss lips
It’s a urinal. A really red one. Apparently, this red-lips fixture has stirred up some controversy. Of course women find it offensive. Maybe men, the end users, get a little kick out of splashing into it. Me, I just find it particularly intriguing that this bombshell of a mouth has been installed at, of all places, the JFK Airport.

There’s a fine bit of irony in there somewhere.

  1. That is exactkly why I LOVE NYC. They come up with the craziest and most thought-provoking ideas. I wonder how you get to flush it? Pull the tongue maybe?

  3. isko, isko, tsk, tsk, tsk…thought it’s just in our chat that you are that green. anyway, that open mouth could be a day off for mary palmer (no offense mary c.). that would be the dirtiest mouth of all…

  4. Oh my godness, Etta. I haven’t seen you drop by and make a comment before. Did I start this gutter talk? I don’t think so. I apologize to Meli and her readers. Next time Meli, just a suggestion if you don’t want you blogsite to continue to be g-rated, no “open Mouth”, red lips topics. OK? LOL.

  5. Hahah! Hi Etta and Isko. So Etts, you stumbled into my blog ha. Welcome, look around.

That urinal mouth was actually designed by a woman, she’s Dutch.

And btw, no apologies needed, I assume this blog is read mostly by adults, hehe. I have no use for the G-rate. 😀

  6. hello etta… it’s mary palmer again! hahaha.

hey isko, you the one who want a charlie co painting?

bando. this reminds me of my thesis. pre oral.

  7. excuse excuse kay bando.. sige isko tell me what size. will ask charlie for availability then will email it to you. hahaha. diri pa ta kay bando blog ga transaksyon!

  8. Hala sige, cross posting! Don’t mind ah, si Charlie na gid na ang na storyahan. I like Dennis Ascalon’s works better though. (may opinyon ang samong) 😀

  9. hi meli, i know got intrigued by your blog. good one. know you more better now. lee san’s too. would really like to blog too but don’t have that much literacy in journalism. my 9 year old though is good in writing “stuff” which i am planning to post. will let you know.
lee, like budot’s works. but maybe expensive, have to ask kristine L.

  10. look at the comments sa kilid. etta is really digging deep, ara na sya sa very old post ni bando… kadamo ka pa da etts ma read nga stuff. daw gabasa ka lang nobela ah

  11. See Lee and Meli, you have inspired Etta. Now she is a blogger too. Now I have three blog sites to visit everyday. Meli, try to direct Etta to the blog site you created for your kids.

Etts, that is so true, sometimes you get to know a person really well by their blogs. But but keep in mind, the “bloggers” still have the final say. What you read is what “they” decide to share. The blog is just part of their life not the totality. What do you think? Lee and Meli?

OK Lee, I am willing to trade a pair of his and hers matching crocs for a Dennis Ascalon’s painting. Fair trade? Who is Budot?

Meli, 17 comments for the urinal topic, grabe. Banzai cat – a big ouch for the biting reflex. But the more I think about it, it’s the lesser evil. With the provocative mouth in front of you and the potential biting reflex in my mind, I forsee myself having problems with “performing”, redirecting you know what and completing the task. It can get pretty messy. LOL.

  12. Hello all!

Wow this entry sure sprouted a lot of comments. 😀

Hey Etta you’re deep into the archives ha, sige basi madula ka da, but enjoy ah.

Lee what are those crocs? Are you suddenly a fashionista now? Mwhehehehe!!!

I haven’t posted for a while now, so busy at work. But hey I got my visa application approved, so this time Isko (and Etts) I hope we can have that coffee!

    Di ba, tani no?
